There are a lot of scary things happening in the world right now. A lot of what we see and do is influenced by people. God calls us to love everyone. We do not have to love their actions but we are all sinners. God loves us and we need to love our fellow man. As Christians we need to remember that God gave us a rainbow. It was a promise between God and His people. Our secular world has taken the beautiful meaning and perverted it. This pattern is meant to inspire people to embrace the TRUE meaning of the rainbow. It is meant to be a reminder that God calls us to love. I love your cowl, and I saw that it was removed from Ravelry. I also saw that Ravelry just announced they are removing and banning anything from their site that supports Trump. This is a sad and sorry state of affairs. Apparently there is no freedom in our country. If you aren't a Trump basher, you can't participate in anything. And if you are a Trump supporter, OH MY! You will be terrorized and banished. Do Trump haters realize that half of the population supports him and voted for him?? And do they realize that the media distorts everything that does not support the left wing agenda? So it is difficult to get the real news these days. I don't want to praise or bash anything I'm not certain about, and I'm not certain about anything that mainstream media reports. I will be removing myself from Ravelry and any other organization that carries on like this. Be adults. AND to you, Deplorable Knitter: KEEP IT UP. I support you!!

Banishing people who disagree with you is not very "inclusive" is it....
